Basic Plan

Pro Plan

- ✔️Unlimited sample purchases: Customers can purchase sample products without any monthly restrictions.
Billing & Plan Management
The Pro Plan is billed monthly via Shopify Billing. Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan anytime through Shopify Admin > Apps.
- Downgrading:
If you switch from Pro to Basic before the billing cycle ends, you will continue enjoying Pro Plan benefits until the cycle completes. After that, your plan will automatically switch to Basic.
- Cancellation:
You can cancel the Pro Plan anytime, but you will retain Pro Plan benefits until the billing cycle expires.
- Refund Policy:
No refunds for partial subscription use, but your order history and analytics remain accessible even after cancellation.
- Reactivation:
You can upgrade back to the Pro Plan anytime, and a new billing cycle will start immediately.
