The Pro Plan is billed monthly via Shopify Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through your Shopify Admin > Apps.
What happens if I downgrade from the Pro Plan to the Basic Plan?If you downgrade while your current billing period is still active, you will continue to have Pro Plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the subscription expires, your plan will be automatically downgraded to the Basic Plan.
Can I continue using the Pro Plan if I downgrade before my billing cycle ends?Yes! If you downgrade to the Basic Plan before your billing cycle ends, you will still have access to unlimited sample purchases until your Pro Plan expires. After the expiry date, your plan will switch to the Basic Plan automatically.
Can I cancel my Pro Plan subscription at any time?Yes, you can cancel your Pro Plan at any time through your Shopify Admin > Apps. However, you will still have access to Pro Plan features until your current billing cycle ends.
Are refunds available if I cancel my subscription?No, we do not provide refunds for partial use of the subscription. Once a billing cycle starts, it is non-refundable. However, you can continue using Pro Plan benefits until your subscription expires.
Will my data be deleted if I cancel my subscription?No, canceling your Pro Plan does not delete your data. You will still be able to access your order history and analytics.
What happens if I want to upgrade to the Pro Plan again after downgrading?You can upgrade back to the Pro Plan at any time through your Shopify Admin. Your new billing cycle will start immediately once you upgrade.
We implement various security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data at rest and in transit, and maintaining a data loss prevention strategy. We limit staff access to customer personal data and enforce strong password requirements for staff accounts. Access to personal data is logged, and we have a security incident response policy in place.
