  • What's the difference between the Basic and Pro Plans?

    Basic Plan (Free): Allows up to 3 sample purchases per month. Pro Plan ($10/month): Offers unlimited sample purchases.

  • How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    You can manage your subscription through Shopify Admin > Apps. If you downgrade before the billing cycle ends, you'll retain Pro Plan benefits until the cycle completes.

  • What happens if I cancel my Pro Plan subscription?

    You will continue to enjoy Pro Plan benefits until the end of your billing cycle, after which your plan will switch to the Basic Plan. There are no refunds for partial use.

  • How do I track sample orders?

    Use our built-in analytics to monitor sample order trends, abandoned checkouts, and customer interactions.
